Yes, but women (and men, also) need to understand love manifests itself differently. On average, men’s love is an effort to assure children are fortified & educated to recognize, guard against and be robust against the vicissitudes of life. And provide a protected livelihood. Women express love for their kids as nurturing, protecting and defensive against these things. A big problem occurs when women do not recognize and acknowledge mens’ different kind of love, and become dismissive or unbelieving of this difference.
Both young men and women should be trained / educated about this in their HS years: made aware of this difference, to know it exists. Most are not.
