Iconic Earth View from Apollo 8 Lunar Orbit.
The event happened on December 24, 1968. It was exactly 75 hours, 48 minutes, and 41 seconds after the Apollo 8 spacecraft lifted off from Cape Canaveral. This mission became the first manned mission to orbit the moon.
