I assume, from the reference to “Western Cape” and ‘braai’ that the writer is located in South Africa. 1st I’ve heard of naturist doings in ZA. (Of course, it has been 24yr since I spent 2 months there visiting internet pen-pals.) A bit intriguing to me as many parts of ZA are still exceptionally religious conservative.
