Finding a job today is truly disheartening.

You do everything they tell you to do.
You go to school.
You earn the degree.
You graduate.

Then you’re told you don’t have enough experience.

But how are you supposed to gain experience if no one is willing to give you a chance?

On the flip side, you can be more than qualified, with real skills and real experience, and still get overlooked because resumes are no longer being read by people. They’re being filtered by systems. Programs. Algorithms. AI scanning for specific keywords instead of actual potential.

So, if your resume doesn’t say the “right” words, even if you’re capable, intelligent, and ready to work, it may never even make it to a human being’s desk.

It’s frustrating.
It’s discouraging.
And it makes you question yourself, when the truth is the system is broken.

There are so many talented, educated, hardworking people who want opportunities, not handouts. We don’t lack motivation or ability. We lack access.

Something has to change.
