Yes I understand that reddit is not real world, but I did an experiment by posting a question, which I will reveal later in this post.

The results were astounding to say the least.

I will also post the chat log of the moderator who only bypassed the bot that removed it, for the sole purpose of making fun of me.

So, there is this subreddit called Ask Men and after reviewing and replying to the comments, I was dismayed at how far the degradation of men has gone, even by other men.

I posted the following simple statement and a yes or no question: “I hate it when a female calls me bro or says bruh. Basically, if you don’t have a dick it’s not your schtick and I am not your bro. Do you agree?”

And almost immediately the insults and peanut gallery worthy comments started flooding in. One person even called me Andrew Tate, which I admittedly don’t know much about, other than he had something to do with camaraderie among men. The comment of course, was used as an insult as well.

There were of course comments from at least one woman, with the typical feminist view point that all men are evil and shouldn’t be allowed to have a group of their own. I was given a virtual psych evaluations as far as how lonely I supposedly am, to assumptions about my sexuality, along with debating the meaning of the word hate.

It’s very disheartening to see where this world seems to be headed as far as the hatred and disdain for men in general even from other men.

I genuinely am baffled as to why men can’t seem to have or do not want camaraderie that used to be common place. What are your thoughts on the whole thing? Is the prevalent just on reddit or did I miss something?

I have heard that reddit is the cesspool of the internet and I am beginning to believe it. I am thinking of canceling my account as well and if I do, at least I went out with a bang.

On a good note there were a few (very few) men who simply answered the question, had a decent debate and we parted ways with no malice.

The rest? In my opinion, we are in trouble, if this is any true representation of what’s out there and where society is headed, we as men are doomed.

Now my reason for posting this:

1. Most can not seem to answer a simple question and have a respectful debate.

And the question that arose is:

1. Are men not allowed to have any kind of camaraderie any more?

Part of posting what I did was to prove that most can’t just answer a straight question. You just added to it.
